Our Team

Sheku Wai is the Founder and President of AAFWA. He worked with Okkey Agency Fishing Company and later at a non-governmental organisation called Save Heritage and Rehabilitate the Environment (SHARE), both in Sierra Leone. He migrated to the Gambia in 2005 where he currently works as an Information Technology (IT) technician.
